I have RA.. I've had a few joints damaged and struggle doing day to day tasks. I get fatigue, brain fog and my mental health was at a real low point. My fatigue isn't half as bad, I'm not in as much pain and I am managing to sleep a lot better. Can't rave about this product enough.
